Welcome to the Band Parent Information Page! Here you will find all the updates that Mr. Souza and the band boosters have for you! We all know that packet you sent home with the kids doesn't always end up on your desk so please check back here for frequent updates! Also make sure you are part of the yahoo band group so you can receive email notifications and alerts from Mr. Souza.
- The third Hawaii payment will be due soon. Please contact Mr. Souza for details.
- Christmas Concert: We are looking for parents to help out on the various committees for December 5th (set up day) and December 6th (concert day). Please contact Mr. Souza for more information!
- See's Candy Orders are now out! Have your son pick one up for the band room! 50% of proceeds go towards your son's Hawaii Trip in April.
- Christmas Wreath Orders are also out! The wreaths are 20" in diameter and have a great hand-tied floral bow made by the band boosters! The wreaths are great and a favorite of the Riordan Community every Christmas! We are currently taking pre-orders only and they will be available for pick up on December 6th at the ARHS Holiday Boutique from 9am-1pm and 3pm-6pm. The wreaths are $35 each!
- Our final band competition this year is on November 21, 2009! We will be traveling up to Fairfield for the Tournament of Champions! Call Time for the marching band is 5:30am and 5:00am for colorguard! Concert and Jazz Bands will be competing as well! We are always looking for chaperones at band competitions! Boosters will be cooking at the band review RIORDAN STYLE! Come with the band and enjoy the music and the fun!
