Jazz Band
Meet some of the classiest guys in band. Dressed in black with white ties and suspenders, the jazz band has a new look and sound. The Riordan Jazz Band is a group of skilled instrumentalists playing groovy and swingin' beats all year long for special events like the Riordan "coffee houses" that are kinda like a cafe with live music, sweet treats, and a good cup of joe.
The Jazz Band performs at concerts, band reviews and at the CMEA East Jazz Festival where they scored an excellent rating in Spring 2008! Creativity and a driving beat really makes this group exciting! The jazz band improved dramatically this past year performing at the CMEA Jazz Festival and hosting two coffee houses.
